0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE HOY ALCOHOLISM PROGRAM AND THE

0012|     RIO GRANDE ALCOHOLISM PROGRAM; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     behavioral health services division of the department of
    |
0018|     health for expenditure in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of purchasing computers and computer software and
    |
0020|     providing training to the staff of the HOY alcoholism program,
    |
0021|     incorporated and the Rio Grande alcoholism program,
    |
0022|     incorporated for services in Mora, Rio Arriba and Sandoval
    |
0023|     counties.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0024|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0025|          Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
