0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A STUDY FOR THE EAST MOUNTAIN

0012|     PLANNING COUNCIL IN SENATE DISTRICT 19.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of providing administrative start-up costs and
    |
0020|     conducting a study for the east mountain planning council in
    |
0021|     senate district 19.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
