0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($95,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0018|     of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting with the New
    |
0020|     Mexico wildflower foundation and San Miguel county for a
    |
0021|     wildflower planting and education program in San Miguel
    |
0022|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0023|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
