0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO INCREASE SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF

0012|     FAMILY VIOLENCE.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-six thousand seven
    |
0016|     hundred fifty-one dollars ($76,751) is appropriated from the
    |
0017|     general fund to the children, youth and families department
    |
0018|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0019|     contracting for services to increase the availability of
    |
0020|     crisis intervention and counseling services for adult victims
    |
0021|     of domestic violence and sexual assault and child victims of
    |
0022|     domestic violence in Taos county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0023|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0024|     shall revert to the general fund.
