A new section of the Gross Receipts and | 0016| Compensating Tax Act is enacted to read: | 0017| "[NEW MATERIAL] DEDUCTION--GROSS RECEIPTS TAX--CHILD | 0018| DAYCARE SERVICES.--Receipts from providing child daycare | 0019| services may be deducted from gross receipts if the person | 0020| providing the services is licensed by the children, youth and | 0021| families department as a child daycare center or a family | 0022| daycare home and the services are provided to children less | 0023| than fifteen years of age." | 0024| Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the | 0025| provisions of this act is July 1, 1998. |
