0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE AGENCY ON AGING TO

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-five thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($55,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0019|     agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of contracting for provision of meals to senior
    |
0021|     citizens in the communities of Chupadero, Rio En Medio and
    |
0022|     Vista Redonda in Santa Fe county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0023|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0024|     shall revert to the general fund.
