0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTRACTING WITH A

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five
    |
0018|     thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0019|     fund to the prevention and intervention division of the
    |
0020|     children, youth and families department for expenditure in
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting with a private
    |
0022|     vendor for services that provide a neutral point for
    |
0023|     supervised visitation between parents and children in
    |
0024|     Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0025|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
