0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0019|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0020|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0021|     purpose of contracting for the operation of a youth recreation
    |
0022|     program in Tularosa in Otero county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0023|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0024|     shall revert to the general fund.
