APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0018| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the bureau | 0019| of mines and mineral resources of the New Mexico institute of | 0020| mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for | 0021| the purpose of making a valid, accurate mineral inventory and | 0022| assessment of state trust lands.
