  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 6, line 25, strike "board of county commissioners
  of the county" and insert in lieu thereof "authority".
   
      2.  On page 7, line 15, strike "board of county commissioners"
  and insert in lieu thereof "authority".
   
      3.  On page 31, line 22, strike "19" and insert in lieu
  thereof "20".
   
      4.  On page 39, line 24, strike "19 through 21" and insert in
  lieu thereof "18 through 20".
   
      5.  On page 40, line 24, strike "20" and insert in lieu
