0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NORTHERN NEW MEXICO ORGANIC

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0017|     of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of supporting the New Mexico
    |
0019|     department of agriculture's northern New Mexico organic wheat
    |
0020|     project.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
