0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO

0012|     INFORMATION CENTER.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--
    |
0016|               A.  The following amounts are appropriated from the
    |
0017|     general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1999 for the following purposes at the northwest
    |
0019|     New Mexico information center:
    |
0020|                    (1)  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)
    |
0021|     to produce, deliver and install exhibits; and
    |
0022|                    (2)  four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)
    |
0023|     to produce a video for visitors.
    |
0024|               B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0025|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
