0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT MULTIPLE

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($35,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     governor's committee on concerns of the handicapped for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of initiating
    |
0019|     a public awareness program, including dissemination of
    |
0020|     prevalence data, about multiple chemical sensitivity.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
