0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PRODUCE AN EDUCATIONAL VIDEO ON THE

0012|     HISTORY OF NEW MEXICO IN CELEBRATION OF THE QUATROCENTENNIAL.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0017|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of producing a video on the
    |
0019|     history of New Mexico in celebration of the quatrocentennial
    |
0020|     by the center for regional studies.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
