0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION

0012|     FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTERS.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred seventy thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($570,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1999 for operation of the small business development
    |
0019|     centers.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0020|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
