0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO

0012|     STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING AND OPERATING A

0013|     CENTER FOR ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty thousand
    |
0018|     dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0019|     the board of regents of New Mexico state university for
    |
0020|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of creating
    |
0021|     and operating a center for energy technologies at New Mexico
    |
0022|     state university in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0023|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0024|     shall revert to the general fund.
