0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING OF THE SANTA

0012|     FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE'S PUBLIC SERVICE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0018|     the community college board of Santa Fe community college for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing
    |
0020|     leadership training to members of the community by the Santa
    |
0021|     Fe community college public service leadership institute.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
