  SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to SENATE BILL 64, as
  amended
  
  Amendment sponsored by Senator Ramsay L. Gorham 
  
  
      1.  Strike Senate Education Committee Amendment 1.
  
      2.  On page 3, strike lines 13 through 20 and insert in lieu
  thereof:
  
                   "(b) second, persons who previously attended the
  school; and
  
                    (c) third, all other applicants; and".
  
      3.  On page 4, line 7, after the period strike the remainder
  of the line, strike line 8 and on line 9, strike "that" and insert
  in lieu thereof "the".
  
      4.  On page 4, line 10, strike the comma following "second"
  and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike "or fourth".
  
      5.  On page 4, line 11, after "list" strike the remainder of
  the line and strike line 12 through "basis".
