    SENATE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE
                           BILL 62
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:  
                               
                 1.   On page 2, strike the closing quotation marks.
  
       2.   On page 2, between lines 14 and 15, insert the
  following:
  
            "D.  For the purposes of this section, "medical
  doctors and osteopaths" means persons licensed to practice
  under Section 61-6-11 or 61-10-11 NMSA 1978.".
