      1.  On page 2, line 19, after "school" insert ", school
  districts".
  
      2.  On page 2, line 21, after "school," insert "school
  districts,".
  
      3.  On page 3, line 3, strike "local school boards'" and
  insert "each school district's".
  
      4.  On page 3, line 6, strike "school board's" and insert
  "school district's".
  
      5.  On page 3, line 18, after "board's" insert "and
  district's".
  
      6.  On page 5, line 6, strike "developmental".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
