  Mr. President:
  
      Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                           SENATE BILL 35
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "ORPHAN SITES
  TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "ENVIRONMENTAL
  TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 19, strike "orphan sites technology
  development" and insert in lieu thereof "environmental
  technologies development and deployment". 
  
      3.  On page 1, line 22, strike "nitrate contamination" and
  insert in lieu thereof "contaminants".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
