0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE MARIACHI SPECTACULAR.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0015|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0016|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for the division of
    |
0017|     continuing education for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of funding the Mariachi spectacular.  Any
    |
0019|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
