0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty thousand
    |
0017|     four hundred eighty dollars ($130,480) is appropriated from
    |
0018|     the general fund to the human services department for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting
    |
0020|     for a teenage pregnancy prevention program in Dona Ana county. 
    |
0021|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
