APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0018| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state | 0019| department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year | 0020| 1999 for the purpose of providing instructional services and | 0021| purchasing needed materials for the after school academy for | 0022| at-risk students at Alamosa elementary school in Albuquerque | 0023| in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0024| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the | 0025| general fund. |
