APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0016| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting with an | 0019| organization in Shiprock to gather data and identify the | 0020| effects of uranium mining on uranium mine workers in northwest | 0021| New Mexico.
