  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 4, strike "$500.00" and insert in lieu
  thereof "$75.00".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 5, strike "$750.00" and insert in lieu
  thereof "$150.00".
  
    3.  On page 2, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:
  
                                                             "100,000 gallons       200,000 gallons                     $300.00".
  
    4.  On page 2, line 6, strike "100,000" and insert in lieu
  thereof "200,000" and strike "250,000" and insert in lieu thereof
  "300,000".
  
    5.  On page 2, line 7, strike "250,000" and insert in lieu
  thereof "300,000".
