0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0018|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0019|     the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999
    |
0020|     for the purpose of contracting with a nonprofit organization
    |
0021|     to produce a documentary about the New Mexico BEAM team that
    |
0022|     won the world robotics championship and a television show that
    |
0023|     uses robots to teach children healthy living and character
    |
0024|     development skills.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0025|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
