  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon strike the
  remainder of the line and strike line 12 through the
  semicolon.
  
       2.  On page 2, line 5, remove the beginning bracket and
  the line-through and on line 6, remove the line-through
  through "professionals" and strike "from".
  
       3.  On page 2, strike lines 7 and 8.
  
       4.  On page 2, remove the line-through on lines 9 through
  11 and on line 12, remove the line-through and end bracket on
  "F." and strike "E.".
  
       5.  On page 2, line 21, after the period insert "The
  coordinated treatment panel may make recommendations on
  admissions.".,
  
  
  and thence referred to the CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS
  COMMITTEE.
