0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN SUPPORT OF SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAMS

0012|     AT LAGUNA PUEBLO IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thirty-one
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($231,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1999 for the purpose of funding the following programs in
    |
0019|     the following amounts:
    |
0020|               A.  sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) to support
    |
0021|     the meals on wheels program;
    |
0022|               B.  seventy-seven thousand dollars ($77,000) to
    |
0023|     support the community wellness program; and
    |
0024|               C.  eighty-eight thousand dollars ($88,000) to
    |
0025|     support the retirement living program.
