0011|     RELATING TO STATE FINANCES; REPEALING THE PREMIUM TAX

0013|     CORPORATION COMMISSION ACCOUNTS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  REVERSIONS.--The following amounts in the
    |
0017|     following inactive state corporation commission accounts are
    |
0018|     reverted to the general fund:
    |
0019|               A.  three thousand six hundred ninety-three dollars
    |
0020|     forty cents ($3,693.40) in account 302, federal hazardous
    |
0021|     material;
    |
0022|               B.  one hundred fifty-three thousand two hundred
    |
0023|     forty-three dollars twenty-nine cents ($153,243.29) in account
    |
0024|     306, premium tax litigation;
    |
0025|               C.  one hundred eighty dollars eighty-three cents
    |

0001|     ($180.83) in account 609, federal railroad safety; and
    |
0002|               D.  two hundred seventy-four dollars eighty-five
    |
0003|     cents ($274.85) in account 842, freight claims.
    |
0004|          Section 2.  REPEAL.--Laws 1988, Chapter 76, Section 7 is
    |
0005|     repealed.
    |
0006|          Section 3.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0007|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect
    |
0008|     immediately.
