APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars | 0016| ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0017| government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the | 0019| purpose of funding a technical assistance and training program | 0020| to teach community planners in Sandoval, Cibola and McKinley | 0021| counties a systematic long-range planning approach for | 0022| community projects.
