      1.  Strike House Transportation Committee Amendment 2.
  
      2.  On page 2, line 10, after the comma strike the remainder of
  the line, strike all of lines 11 through 13, and insert in lieu
  thereof "the plate may remain with the vehicle and be transferred to
  the new owner upon payment of a ten dollar ($10.00) fee in addition to
