APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-five thousand dollars | 0017| ($55,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New | 0018| Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year | 0019| 1999 for the purpose of studying the feasibility of creating a | 0020| federal investment corporation that is similar to the federal | 0021| overseas private investment corporation that will insure | 0022| investments made on Indian land.
