0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT FOR THE

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 1999
    |
0018|     for the purpose of conducting an engineering assessment of the
    |
0019|     De Baca county landfill.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0020|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0021|     to the general fund.
