0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR WOLF RESCUE.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars
    |
0015|     ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy,
    |
0016|     minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in
    |
0017|     fiscal year 1999 to contract for rescue and care of abandoned
    |
0018|     wolves and wolf hybrids.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0019|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0020|     to the general fund.
