       Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 337
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 12, before the period insert ";
  DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".
  
       2.  On page 3, line 2, after "at" insert "an amount not
  to exceed".
  
       3.  On page 3, between lines 2 and 3, insert the
  following new section:
  
       "Section 4.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
  peace, health and safety that this act take effect
  immediately.".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
