0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY IN CIBOLA

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of conducting a feasibility study for Cibola county
    |
0020|     administrative buildings to compare projected maintenance
    |
0021|     costs for current buildings with the cost of a new building. 
    |
0022|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
