APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand | 0016| dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting for the | 0019| creation of tourism development assessments and plans for | 0020| fifty Navajo chapters located in New Mexico.
