APPROPRIATION.--Ninety thousand dollars | 0017| ($90,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New | 0018| Mexico health policy commission for expenditure in fiscal year | 0019| 1999 for the purpose of studying and developing | 0020| recommendations to ensure availability of health insurance to | 0021| low-income individuals and families not eligible for public | 0022| health insurance programs.
