APPROPRIATION.-- | 0016| A. One hundred seventy-five thousand dollars | 0017| ($175,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| attorney general's office for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 | 0019| to conduct a pilot project to monitor mandatory attendance in | 0020| the public schools of the south region of the Albuquerque | 0021| public school district. Any unexpended or unencumbered | 0022| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert | 0023| to the general fund. | 0024| B. The attorney general's office shall receive | 0025| attendance reports from the public schools in the south region |
