0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES TO URANIUM

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($55,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of contracting to provide health care
    |
0019|     screening and other support services for uranium mine workers. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
