       Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 264
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 14, strike "PROJECTS AND CONTRACTS"
  and insert in lieu thereof "PROJECT AGREEMENTS" and after
  "ENTITIES" insert "FOR DETENTION FACILITIES".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 20, strike "projects" and insert in
  lieu thereof "project agreements".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 21, after "entities" strike the
  remainder of the line and strike line 22 through "region" and
  insert in lieu thereof "for detention facilities".
  
       4.  On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike the underscored
  material.
  
       5.  On page 2, line 5, after the second comma insert
  "joint project agreements,".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
