0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR NORTHERN NEW MEXICO COMMUNITY

0012|     COLLEGE IN ESPANOLA.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred eighty-eight
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($588,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the commission on higher education for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal years 1999 and 2000 for northern New Mexico community
    |
0019|     college for development of regional resources and to expand

    |
0020|     technology available to the school.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
