Section 16-2-7 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1935, | 0016| Chapter 57, Section 7, as amended) is amended to read: | 0017| "16-2-7. RULES AND REGULATIONS.--The secretary shall | 0018| promulgate and adopt rules and regulations for each park as | 0019| circumstances may demand to the end that each park may be made | 0020| as nearly self-supporting as possible; provided, however, | 0021| that no fee shall be imposed for day use of a state park." | 0022| Section 2. APPROPRIATION.--Nine hundred twenty-six | 0023| thousand dollars ($926,000) is appropriated from the general | 0024| fund to the state parks division of the energy, minerals and | 0025| natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year |
