0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to
    |
0018|     develop and implement an osteoporosis prevention and treatment
    |
0019|     education program.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0020|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0021|     general fund.
