PUBLIC PROJECT REVOLVING FUND LOAN-- | 0018| REVOCATION OF LEGISLATIVE AUTHORIZATION.--The legislative | 0019| authorization granted to the New Mexico finance authority, | 0020| pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-21-6 NMSA 1978, to | 0021| make loans from the public project revolving fund is revoked | 0022| with respect to the following qualified entities for the | 0023| specified public projects: | 0024| A. McKinley county for a public building project | 0025| as specified in Subsection D of Section 1 of Chapter 187 of |
