       1.  On page l, line 21, after the period insert "The New
  Mexico department of agriculture shall report its findings to the
  appropriate committee during the first and second sessions of the
  44th state legislature.".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
