APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board | 0017| of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing funding to the | 0019| office of the medical investigator to conduct death | 0020| investigations and other forensic services on Indian lands | 0021| when invited to do so by an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo | 0022| located in whole or in part in New Mexico.
