APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five | 0016| thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for | 0018| expenditure in fiscal years 1999 and 2000 for the purpose of | 0019| implementing a public policy program for Native American | 0020| students in conjunction with the Woodrow Wilson national | 0021| fellowship foundation.
