  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 207
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 4, line 7, strike "informational" and insert in
  lieu thereof "budget".
  
       2.  On page 4, line 9, strike "December" and insert in lieu
  thereof "September".
  
       3.  On page 5, line 9, delete the closing quotation mark.
  
       4.  On page 5, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following
  new subsection:
  
       "D.  The legislature shall annually appropriate the portion
  of revenues for operating expenses of the authority."".
